Irving Penn on photographing T.S. Eliot:

T.S. Eliot arrived at the studio early and sat on the steps until it was time to be photographed. His clothes were old and beautifully maintained. A grave, scholarly man, Eliot writes at home; in the afternoon, he works in his office at Faber & Faber, the publishing firm of which he is a director. Among London publishers it is said that he writes the best blurbs in the business.

Bonnie Drake is enamored of the Victor model, which seems to be an up-and-coming choice (and costs approximately $8,000).
