I refused to let myself read Wimsey fic until I'd finished the entire series (which I have now done, including Thrones, Dominations - the travesty! - and not including that second one by Walsh - I refuse), because I wanted no spoilers and maximum enjoyment.

But now I am done, and I can read and tell you how wonderful this is. I adore Bunter, and his inner voice is so perfect here and he is amazing at knowing what Peter needs. Love that you can see the slowly healing cracks in Peter, and the final burst of healing and the little things that show it took place... the bell, the sausages...
