HelpVera auction and FreeFlying CrackBroom

Speculative fic writer Vera Nazarian is in danger of losing her home; her friends are collecting donations (no amount too small) and offering goodies to help forestall the foreclosure. The auction runs until 20 December, and the offers include signed editions and custom poems from assorted pro sf/f writers and editors (including me).

I've updated the Snape/Lupin Crack Broom masterlist-by-author page. If you are a member of the comm (and you're welcome to join if you're not), your mission is to participate in "free flying month" by rec'ing your favorite story that hasn't been rec'd there yet. :-)
