There are probably as many choices as there are writers, but here's what a survey turned up: The Wang is much admired, but to date there is some difficulty getting service in particular regions, so this point must be checked. Bonnie Drake is enamored of the Victor model, which seems to be an up-and-coming choice (and costs approximately $8,000).
