Notes to self for my next such gathering:
write name on reverse of badge, because the damn hangtag will always show wrong side out pack dried fruit, tuna, and veggie juice, because sometimes I just want non-restaurant snacksGeneral notes:
So many cool and talented and friendly people -- too many to list here. Much, much squeeing; a fair amount of silent admiration from afar; and the occasional literal jumping up and down for joy, because I'm daft like that. And there were conversations not only about slash and meta and Snape, but also about women in science, French onion soup, turn-of-the-century satirists, career choices, and other nifty non-fandom topics. Priceless. *glee* I so completely lose at taking decent pictures, so I'm just going to point you to
valis2's collection once it's up. But because
